		<description>From PyCell&#039;s site, I gather that the cells they talk about allow programmers to create classes in common lisp. The cells here represent neurons and the network sort of represents an attempt to display how we can learn and reproduce what we learn without possessing any intelligence at all (at the most basic level that is).</description>
